Aurora definitely wasn’t the lowest bid, but my mom has very high expectations and they were exceeded from beginning to end. Communication was clear the whole way through, the prep work was thorough, and the attention to detail really showed in the finished product. The crew was respectful of her home, kept things clean, and took pride in what they were doing.
