I hired Integrity Painting to paint my foyer, living room, and dining room. Patrick, the salesperson was punctual and knowledgeable. He took his time to hear about the project and respond with clarity. I received a competitive bid for the job. My project was scheduled promptly. On the first day of the project Ben, the owner, Patrick, and two man painting crew arrived on time and ready to work. We took time to go over the project and my expectations. Manny and Noe were fantastic! They treated my home and belongs with respect, cleaning up at the end of each work day. They took great care in masking and placing coverings to avoid any paint splatter. This project required extensive plaster repair. The job was so well done you would never know there were cracks. Ben stopped by a couple times during the job to make sure the project was proceeding as planned, ready to address any issues. When the project was done he did a thorough inspection of the work. I think the best recommendation you can give a company is to say that you would hire them again, and I can say that!

We have done at least 6-7 projects with Integrity Paint at our house.

Simply put: we go to them for everything. Large-scale, small-scale...whatever we need.

Ben, Octavio, and team are reliable, responsible, and punctual. Also, they are just generally nice, friendly, respectful guys to have around the house.

They take pride in their work, always deliver top notch, detail-oriented outcomes, and they are clean.

Their pricing is transparent and fair. They don't try and upsell you on things you don't need. For example, there was something we wanted the team to do that was actually an easy thing my wife and I could have done. Ben told us that and then gave us some tips for how we could do it. That's the kind of trust that makes you go back to someone again and again.

We highly recommend, without reservation, Integrity Paint for any house or structural painting needs. Benjamin, Octavio, and their team painted our home in the Piedmont Ave. area in Oakland. We thought our house would be difficult to paint because it is a tri-level and has multiple trees in close proximity to the house, but it was no problem for Benjamin and his team. Before the project, Benjamin provided a very detailed estimate with cost breakdown and met with us in-person several times to discuss the project. The cost estimate came within the same range as other paint companies (we spoke with four), but we selected Integrity Paint because of the detailed estimate, Benjamin’s generosity with his time to discuss the project, and our feeling that Benjamin and his crew were just overall good guys.

Once approved, mobilization was quick and the work crew was professional, efficient, and oh so clean! I was particularly impressed by the tidiness of the work areas and clean up at the end of every day, plus careful paint management which protected the window glass and surrounding trees/vegetation. Octavio was excellent in his crew management, was on-site pretty much everyday, and was extremely responsive on any requests. Most of all, though, the quality of the work was fantastic – the house looks amazing, the paint application went on without a hitch, and the crew were extremely prompt in responding to (very minor) touch-up requests. The project came in precisely on estimate. We had no surprises in light of Benjamin’s excellent pre-project estimate and planning, Octavio’s management, and the crew’s workmanship. If you have any doubt, ask Benjamin for references (we did), and they all came back stellar. We’re happy to now be on the list of references that he can provide in the future.

From the moment we met Benjamin, we had a good feeling about this company. They came highly recommended from our neighbors, who had previously hired the team to paint their house. Benjamin was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and easy to speak with. I did not find him to be pushy or a salesman-type person trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was very mindful of our needs and worked with us to scale the project to our budget without compromising the quality of the service. We hired the team to paint 3/4 of the exterior of our three-story home (which included repairing gaps in the wood and addressing areas of dry rot) and to repair the back wood staircase (which included finding the best way to make it more secure and safe).

The crew assigned to the project was fantastic, especially the project/site manager, Octavio. His communication was consistent and clear, which is what you want during a big job like ours. He was everywhere and seemed to be doing everything he could to ensure the crew was on their daily tasks, had what they needed to do the work, and that the work was done to the company's and our expectations. He even reinforced that the site not be left in a disarray after hours. I truly appreciated how he approached the project as if it were his own home. For example, he frequently walked the site, and if he felt the work could be tighter, he communicated that to the crew. He also pointed out things to me, which, by the end of the project, allowed me to become more knowledgeable about many aspects of the work and why certain material or approaches were being done. Octavio was also not pushy or a salesman-type person either. He patiently explained the work to me and the why. I got the sense that he truly loved working for the company, enjoyed his job and doing great work, and making his clients happy.

The finished work is beautiful. Many of our neighbors and tenants have commented on how great the house looks, especially the enhancement to the color scheme, which I totally give credit to Octavio and my partner. Octavio was extremely helpful and patient as we struggled to make our final decisions.

Overall, working with Benjamin, Octavio, and the crew was a great experience. Their flexibility was priceless. Despite a few additional requests we added to the project scope, the work still wrapped up on schedule. They definitely have the perfect name, "Integrity," as it truly aligns with all the people we encountered during the project and the service we were provided.
