But he went above and beyond this time!!! They took our garage and made a primary suite with a sitting room and arched windows, a pantry and a mudroom. Our home needed serious work in terms of wood rot, holes in our siding, and exterior painting. We researched and met with 10 local service providers, and while it was close, Brogan was the best choice. We selected them for the job due to their expertise, detailed plan, and history of execution. When it came time for the work to be done, these folks were clean and efficient. There was no huge mess for us to clean up, and the project stayed within the time as well as the monetary amount stated. The final product is one that not only looks great, but also gives us peace of mind. I would use them again.
