I paid $205 for the initial inspection and service, but after that only $40 a month. They gave me a $50 off coupon for the first visit. I love that the reports are put online and with pictures. The technician was very knowledgeable, and very kind and asked if we had anymore questions. We just bought this property, found out it was infested, and told our technician Jesse that he has free reign(since we haven't moved anything in yet) to spray anywhere and everywhere. He even pulled out the stove and fridge and sprayed as far into the crawlspaces as possible. He left us an absorbent amount of sticky traps as well for us to place as well and locked up the property when he was done. Would definitely recommend.
