Highland Eco Pest Control

I contacted Highland Eco Pest control after spotting a single bed bug right after a trip. They were able to send out an inspector team (technician and k9) same day, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Obviously finding a bed bug is an extremely stressful experience; I found Julia to be incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and she was able to make recommendations and share information that eased a lot of my discomfort with the situation. Thankfully no additional evidence of bed bugs was found, but I felt that Julia and then Julia and Raven’s inspection was extremely thorough, and neither had any problem looking in a specific area or at a specific object I had concerns about. I have a treatment scheduled with them next week and am looking forward to the peace of mind that will come with it. I would absolutely recommend highland to anyone in the DMV who had a similar issue in the future

Our residents and myself, really appreciated EJs attention to detail and going out of his way to inform and educate the residents on the process and proper way to maximize the efficiency of the treatment and safety around pets and children. Definitely appreciated his patience as well with our key situation as well.

Tenants told me they saw bed bugs. They even asked another bug professional to come in, paid them, and they said we had bed bugs. Well, Highland, whom I used a few times in the past, brought in the dogs. These dogs can sniff bed bugs on the spot. They went through and BAM! No bed bugs. Just goes to show you that all pest control is not created equal. I slept only 4 hours last night thinking I had bed bugs. Thanks, Highland! You saved my week.

I hope this message finds you well. Whoever this driver is, he’s reckless and shows no regard for others on the road. There have been far too many accidents lately in the Clinton area many of them fatal. As I was getting onto the exit, he was speeding, tailgating me, and almost side swiped me because he didn’t time it enough a car was coming on the right side of us, and once he got around me weaving in and out of lanes, only to end up stopped at a red light like everyone else. All this with my son in the car very frustrating. Please remind him that safety should always come first. Even if he’s running late to a client, he still has a responsibility to drive with caution for his own sake and for others.
