In past experiences Orlando had been pleasant however last month he displayed a level of unprofessionalism and disregard he hadn't never before and when ask about it today, his response was a very uninterested & disconnected( I don't recall) In December, he beat and banged on my door for PC, when in the previous years he knocked normally. The fit of passive aggressive action was at request of the property manager ( When you are not on the PC list) who was upset at a resident for raising questions about a vital issue. I am not the only resident he/they has done this to. Although he has no control of or is unaware of current circumstances at the property such as who is or is not on the list, he should maintain a non-bais, uninvolved position to remain professional and not be a pawn in someone's game. Upon calling Genesis phone number to report his actions is how I found out he is the owner. So this is a live and up to date review of how Orlando is conducting business. Orlando was not the name on the shirt he was wearing ither.??REPLY TO OWNER??You should be sorry for your foul & unnecessary attitude involving yourself in something you know nothing about, so your attempt to save face in this lame reply could have been kept. You were very aware of the incident I was referring to, the blank despondent look on your face told it all and as far as speaking with management, I most definitely have spoken and informed a few corporate officials of your actions as well as the property managers poor judgement and childish actions and for your clarification, I don't care what your name is, your lack in judgement and professionalism shows me you character, that's who you are.

I've used this company for three years and find them to be the best I have found for pest control. The product used in the house has no smell. The required time to let the spray dry is about 2 hours, but it allows you to have free time from the house. When you return, there is no odor. The process is very quick, maybe 45 min to spray full house and yards. I use them about twice a year and stay pest-free. Thank you Genesis.
