The tech who serviced our home today was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pests and pest control, he helped us understand the work he would be doing and where he would be doing it. He asked us what we needed and where we needed it as well to ensure all our needs were met before leaving. Thorough and professional, we will be re-hiring for any future pest control needs that we have.
Steve was efficient, informative, and very helpful with an unusual task. He treated an antique bench for powder post beetles saving it from the dump! He also checked the area for signs of further problems and educated us on signs to look for.
I called around to several different pest control companies in the area, and Catchy Pest Solutions was by far the most friendly. They answered all of my questions related to their services and packages and I really appreciated them taking the time to go through it with me, so that I felt more comfortable with what they were spraying around my home. Pricing seemed fairly competitive with the other companies, if not better. I also liked that they had a mix of heavier and more eco-friendly products to choose from, and they listed what was in each of these products on their website for you to view. Definitely appreciate the transparency! They offered a mix of indoor and outdoor services, which some of their competitors were not able to match at that price point. Also both my technicians, Tyler and Sydney, were great and very friendly! Thanks!
Aaron and Tyler were great in locating the entrance point(s) of the mice in the house. I do humane trapping (catch and release). After a very thorough inside and outside home inspection, they used wire mesh and foam and left me with some easy to use humane traps and showed me how to use them. They were polite and professional and answered all of my many questions. I’m very pleased and would recommend this company.
