We hired Gibson Pest Control to encapsulate our crawlspace and couldn't be happier with the results. We called around for quotes and their pricing was the best we found — and the quality of work more than backed it up. Chris and Ed were professional, punctual, and thorough from start to finish. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. The attention to detail in their work was impressive — every corner was properly sealed and the finished product looks clean and complete. You can tell they take real pride in their craftsmanship. Our crawlspace went from a damp, creepy, concerning space to something we feel completely confident about. I am a brand new customer of Gibson's but my experience so far has been great. It was super easy to schedule a quote and have a technician over quickly. Wes was very nice and helpful getting us scheduled for our first treatment. He also told us a lot about the area which was great because we are new to town. Super knowledgeable and great experience so far.

I had the pleasure of calling Gibson last week as we were having some bug issues. Wes the inspector came out last Fri and was incredibly nice and thorough. I had Terminix come on Wednesday and not even 30sec into my inspection with Gibson I knew I would prefer Gibson over Terminix. Wes looked in other rooms, he looked throughout my living room with a flashlight and again was incredibly thorough. He even walked back inside after my inspection was over to pet my dog. Michael came today, and was also very thorough and incredibly nice as he kept having to shut gate everytime he went to his work truck so my cat didn't get out. Not to mention Gibson was a good $400 cheaper and more thorough than Terminix. I am incredibly thankful I called these guys, as they were both super nice, professional, and great at there job. I also probably texted Wes 20 times asking about stuff I needed to move and do in order to prepare for there services- he texted me back everytime snd was super nice considering I was probably driving him crazy! Now our Christmas will be bug free. Thank you Wes and Michael you have helped this single Mom more than you know!
