Jordan is my representative. I’ve had this service for 6 years now, and I find it comforting that the same, pleasant guy comes every year, offering me good advice, Every year he checks my crawl space. , My exterior vents had come loose - either due to weather or animals. This year he explained that I could just replace all the vents — which I did. Made a trip to Ace right after he left and quickly installed the replacements. Hopefully this’ll keep any unwanted critters out. Thanks Jordan!
Terminix is awesome especially this office. I've had Casey do service on my house for years now and never have any issues. And on a side note, we could pass for twins. I always recommend Terminix ??
I've had Terminix service for 25 years and have always found their service to be exemplary and the technician is amazingly responsive, courteous and kind. HOWEVER, I just received a bill for services not yet rendered. It was marked *** SECOND NOTICE*** although I'd paid the first bill. This "notice* and my check crossed in the mail, but I still had not received their service. Not cool. Not a good business practice. Comes across as greedy and entitled: Pay me for nothing right now. TO BE FAIR: The bill was to be paid to a Columbia, SC address so this may be corporate. Corporate would get 0 stars from me. My local service: 6 I've split the difference.
