Hello there,I wanted to share my experience with Signature Pest Management. If a salesperson from this company comes to your doorstep to sign you up for their service, please be cautious. They may try to convince you to sign up without mentioning the contract terms. If you decide to cancel the service, they will ask you to pay a cancellation fee of around $700, which is quite high. And they don't even share the documents with you whether you signed up or not, they simply charge your credit card.Therefore, I strongly advise against switching to or getting a new service from Signature Pest Management if you already have a pest service provider.I would have given 0 star if it allows me to do so.
Excellent service! Great price. I highly recommend this company. I called other companies and their prices were outrageous. Signature technicians were very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly to us, were professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.
Great service! Inspector was friendly and honest in his assessment of the problem. Gave good advice on a plan of attack/timetable for when to do certain treatments.The actual treatment of my home also went smoothly. The workers were thorough, and communicated with me about everything they were doing and when they would be finished.Highly recommend.
