She did well for what needed to be done. We apparently don’t have much of a bug problem so paying 55 a month is too high. This should not reflect on her as she did a great job doing what needed to be done. We decided to cancel the contract as we don’t want to pay over $600 a year when we have no issues with pests. So we sent the forms to cancel via UPS overnight express.

This is by 41 of the most dishonest, deceptive and unprofessional companies. You could ever deal within addition to their very high pressure sales tactics. They also use very shady tactics to try to keep you to get in business with them. We signed a one year service agreement with them in which when our contract expired. We tried to get out of it told them that we didn't want to renew, and so they forced us to go month to month with them. Which we did not want to do? And when we explained that we weren't told that they said, oh well, it was in the fine printed. I was supposed to read the contract which even it's true. They should have at least had a courtesy to tell me a print that that would be the case. And so they kept charging us for services that we never authorized. And so we had to cancel our credit card on file. So that they could no longer charge us. And the charges that they did charge us, that we never authorize, we charged it back to the credit card company. And now they're trying to bill us for that amount. And when we told them we're not paying that, because we can't afford it, they said, well, let's make a payment arrangement which I'm like, absolutely not. Paying a single penny for you guys ever again. And they keep calling constantly her harassing us, and they're overpriced and their work is certainly not worth the price that they ask for and they're not worth dealing with.I would say, avoid these guides like the plague and go look for other pest control companies.Instead they're horrible!¡!!!
My service tech, Aaron was very professional. Any questions I had he answered them thoroughly and also made recommendations for future services. He also gave me an update of what he saw in the attic following the inspection. I am very pleased with my initial service appointment with Hawx.
I am very satisfied and pleased with the whole Hawx processed. Tyler has always done an excellent job when servicing my house. I think the main thing is the proofof how well the process and treatment works.Because I don't see any bugs. Thank you so much for such great service.
