The crew and their fearless leader Dustin are top notch!!! We have used them every summer since we’ve lived in Central Oregon. They have sprayed for mosquitoes, ants and wasps and gave us a summer free of pests. They are quick, friendly and professional. They use products that are not harmful to humans or pets. The pricing is fair and you know exactly what it will cost before they set foot on the property. We were a little dismayed last summer to find large ant nests in the front + back yard near our house. Not a huge fan of yard chemicals or pesticides but when there’s a need, you gotta call. Terminix Bend location is professional, courteous, educational and reasonably priced. Pete is an excellent service rep and meticulous in his approach. He’s also a nice guy who will take a minute to engage a disabled family member in video gamer chit chat. The company is respectful of our requests regarding the presence of a small dog on the property and overall an easy group to work with. Yard and home doing well now and I’m at peace with their scheduled periodic visits. A+.

We just started using Terminix as the previous owner had used their services. Based on the prior knowledge of our home and needs. They have been great to work with and addressed our concerns immediately! We decided to set up bimonthly service for the first year and their service is priced right.
