Another reports a technician arrived well before the four-hour window, sent eight minutes’ notice instead of the requested 30, spent the visit on a phone call without doing service, then sat in the truck for 15 minutes before leaving.

So glad to see Brandon again. He sold me on Fox last year and he is the best technician I’ve seen from Fox. He covered territory I never thought about. He also explained everything he did.

Willie Cobbins did an excellent job on our home. He was friendly and efficient. We've had a very good experience with Fox Pest Control overall.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
The tech shows up well before the 4 hr given window. Plus, I asked for a 30’ heads up text/call, and Gabriel texted me 8 mins before arrival. Then, his service…? NONEXISTENT!!!!!!!! And I have security video and audio to prove it. He was too busy visiting on a phone call the entire time. Then, he sat in his truck for 15 mins before pulling out.
