My sister has a service set up with them to come 4 times a year. She recently started staying home during the days and noticed that they were not showing up and still charging her like they did. The last time they came to the house and took a picture then left without doing anything. They received a bill as if it was completed. She has called them multiple times to get things fixed and it continues to be an issue. It makes her wonder if this has been happening the entire time she’s used them the last few years and she has been paying them to do nothing. It is such a scam and so frustrating that you can’t trust they will actually do what you pay them to do while you are at work. I do NOT recommend using this company.
They canceled my first appointment without communicating it. A few days later, no one showed up for the second appointment and then I was kept on hold for a long time.
