I am absolutely blown away by marks customer service and his dedication to his customers! My husband and I had a heat treatment done on our home and it had to be rescheduled because we weren’t ready like we thought we were, and Mark was so nice and accommodating. We had to reschedule a few times because the rain and Mark was so apologetic even though the weather is not his fault. Mark took the time to not only explain the treatment to myself and husband but also to my landlord. He took his time and did a great job on our home. We haven’t gotten any bites since. I will forever tell everyone I know that Mark at Action Pest is the man for the job! He’s polite, punctual, and thorough. I am really thankful for Mark and Action Pest Managemet. We discovered we had an issue of bed bugs in our house a few weeks ago and after some research we decided to do the "Heat" treatment. Action Pest Management was very responsive, the most available to get us in (we only had to wait a few days), the most affordable and did a VERY EXCELLENT job.Mark was honest with us the whole time, easy to be in communication with and even took some video footage to let us know he did what he said he would.Mark seemed very knowledgeable, very thorough in his work and did everything with excellence. Action Pest Management went above and beyond the treatment, even putting our house back together, vacuuming everything up before he left and even folded some of our laundry!! Our house was cleaner and in better condition when he left than when he came in!!!Action Pest Management leveled with us, cared for us and did excellent, excellent work.We did get a couple bites a few days later. But even then Mark was in touch with us, very responsive to us and cared for us well until it was confirmed that the issue was resolved.I cannot recommend Mark and his company enough. Mark is an outstanding individual, I was referred from a customer of mine and I'm very thankful for the work he has done at my home. We were seeing 5-10 brown recluse spiders a day and from the first time he sprayed our house we noticed a significant difference. Not only that he showed up when he said he would and the price is what he said it would be. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who has a bug issue!
