Stay clear of this company! Very shady, aggressive and misleading sales tactics. They don’t provide good or adequate service. What they say verbally is not what’s in the agreement so be careful. They will keep charging you after you cancelled. Extremely unhelpful and rude customer service. Terrible experience with this company. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I don’t write reviews often at all but I felt compelled to. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Great technicians. They explain what's going on and how to move forward. Plus it's a simple to use portal and there is an ease with connecting with the technicians. Since contracting with them, I've noticed a reduction in bugs and hornets in our backyard.
This company is a terrible company to deal with. They promise services they never complete, they charged my bank account several times even though services were not done. We have tried to cancel our account with them several times and they still keep showing up at the house even though we have canceled verbally on the phone and verbally face-to-face when a serviceman shows up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They are being reported to the BBB and the NYS attorney generals office. My next step is I’m calling the police and will have them trespassed if they come on my property again. This is their warning!
I was really impressed that Andy had given me notice he was coming and was there within the 5 minutes he told me. I had a little chat with him about what was going I haven't he was very knowledgeable very friendly very honest and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. While he was here she literally took pictures of every area that he worked on and it sent them to my messaging so that I knew exactly where he was and what he was doing at all times. That was impressive I would give Andy a plus 11 out of 10. I hope in future he will be the same person doing the service for my house. I was very much impressed with him
Two guys names Brandon did a fabulous job letting me know every part of the process and were able to answer any questions that I had. They sent me photos of the work to ensure it was done. This company is able to prevent any sort of pest from bothering your house or your yard. Better safe than sorry if you ask me! Great job. They also left a trap for rats which have been an issue in our neighborhood.
