They don't deserve even 1 star.I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided to my property. On multiple occasions, the incorrect service has been performed. Appointments have been scheduled without adequate notice. There have been instances where my tenants were either not informed, not at home, or did not observe an Orkin technician onsite(we have 24*7 cameras, where Orkin pro was not seen on that day).Furthermore, it has been extremely difficult to reach your team by phone when attempting to reschedule. I also want to highlight a recent experience that added to my frustration. When I contacted this branch manager to discuss these concerns, the call was disconnected in the middle of our conversation, and I did not receive a return call. This lack of communication was disappointing.Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service experience. Given the repeated issues, I am cancelling all services effective immediately.
Mr. Dennis T. From Orkin was the most outstanding representative for Orkin. He was extremely knowledgeable about his work, and spent time with us, reassuring us. His professionalism was incredible. He sat and took time with us, and accommodated our concerns. I would recommend Mr. Dennis T. To anyone who wants their problem solved. I felt as if we had a friend help us. He came almost immediately, resolving our real concern. The entire experience with Orkin was superb, with good communication from the main office. They responded the same day. I had called several others but could not get any appointment until after the holidays. Very happy with the service. Katarina was very friendly & professional.
Although Katie was an excellent customer service person, I didn't realize I was going to get a couple of mouse traps I could have gotten from the hardware store. A couple of holes filled (not all) no receipt, no email explaining anything that was done or future service. Although they had no problem taking my $188.00 dollars. Plus, a monthly charge.
If there was a negative star chart, that might work better to describe this company, my parents hired them back in March to seal up the the house with this new service they provide, they then came out and filled cracks in my foundation with spray foam and also filled a crack in my brick wall with spray foam as well which then caused the loose bricks to almost come falling out, so after months of calling and getting no one and a full mailbox, and telling the employees who were coming monthly that I need to talk to a manager, finally 7 months later my wife finally gets a hold of someone and sets up an appointment, so last Tuesday were supposed to have an appointment between 12-2 with a manager, nobody showed nobody called, crickets so I called every number I could find to try and find out what was going on, finally get to the secretary in Amherst who proceeded to tell me the reason know one call to inform me the weren't coming out today is because they were busy, so then I call corporate and the manager ends up at my house at 5 o'clock that evening, (you could tell he was thrilled to be at my house) so we talked for a bit and agreed he would call me the following day to give me more info on some stuff, such as what pesticide they were spraying around my well, never heard from him, which should t have been shocking at this point, so Friday rolls around and he shows up with 2 employees to do work that should have been done in March by his own admission, he was meeted by my wife and mother and told to leave the property, he then told my mother that a district manager would be calling me to discuss my issues, haven't heard from them, all in all this company is an absolute joke from top down, they have zero integrity and for any potential customers reading this, hire the local guy, not the big name company
