Mike has always been so informative, efficient and maintains great communication. I have been very pleased with the results, especially with our carpenter ants! Buying our first home, that was an unexpected "surprise" and Mike was quick to schedule an appt to come and help get rid of them.
Mike has been our technician for many years now, and always is awesome. Was especially pleased today for going above and beyond his typical quarterly spray. He discovered a nest of yellow jackets high up going in and out of the rafters that I had not previously noticed. After addressing those, he talked me through what I should do over the next week. Really appreciate him being observant and jumping on an issue before I even realized it existed.
