Paffys has done an excellent job controlling pest for me. Mice, wasps, any issue I’ve had. Super responsive and effective. I highly recommend their 3 season service. I’ve had four different technicians at my house, each one of them extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great overall service!

Total disaster from start to finish. “Inspection” didn’t include flea hotspots. The inspector, although polite, didn’t know much about fleas. Zero communication from the office when I made the appointment about how to prepare. Maybe they know a lot about cockroaches- but they shouldn’t claim to know about fleas if they don’t. I contacted the owner, who told me he would come with “a different product” and entered my home with zero product- no additional inspecting and to top it off- a medical diagnosis of “paranoid psychosis”!This is all before seeing the blood stains from bites, the dead fleas, no inspection of cats- which the owner claimed he had done on the BBB website- and I didn’t expect anyways- but bizarre to claim that. That’s vet thing- not pest control.Anyone with access to basic information knows that fleas are mostly in the environment. Not these guys. They also claimed that since there were no fleas jumping around that the environment was 100% guaranteed zero fleas and the additional bonus of the psychiatric diagnosis, which- hey I’m just an RN who works in psychiatry most of the time- I’m not a psychiatrist- but I don’t practice medicine.So- basically- one of my cats is significantly worse than she was before because flea populations reproduce very quickly and the medication she’s on isn’t enough to overcome the environmental aspect. Which is what I hired these guys for and paid nearly $500- of which zero has been refunded. Plus it’s been over 3 weeks in a time sensitive situation that could be deadly for both pets and humans.Did I mention I have kids? Yes- my youngest has been bitten too.Even if the guy thought I was deranged- the least he could do was still inspect and it’s absolutely insane to tell a customer that she is psychotic.This is my first experience with a pest control company and wow- I was afraid to even contact another.So if you like to be scammed, belittled, robbed, and have the health of your family put in jeopardy- this is the company for you. Just wow.Even if the guy owner hadn’t been so profoundly unprofessional- it was still a mess from the get go. My guess is since all they talked about was cockroaches- that’s pretty much all they do.Any responses from the owner on BBB- yes I have to deal with fighting to get the money back in addition to having an out of control flea infestation- the guy lies about weird stuff constantly. So I wouldn’t hire this company to pick up the trash- let alone trust them with the health and welfare of my family and pets.
