D not use them for bedbugs. I paid almost 2,700 for a treatment over a 6 month warranty. I had a very mild case and I saw a bed bug about every 2 months. After the 6 month period was over the problem was still there in fact it was worse. They only take your money are are a short term relief. They have horrible communication and have a third party answering calls, with miscommunication and misinformation. I was told so many different things by different people and they were very rude. Heat treatment is the only way to get rid of bed bugs. This was a waste of time and money.
Pest services are very thorough and professionally done. Very happy return service when I have noticed a pest problem starting. Communication has been excellent.
Pest Exclusion team does not show up even when scheduled, no communication about it either. I’ve had them appear once at my initial 2k visit, but no follow ups afterwards. Annual visits are included in our contracts.Quarterly pest staff always show up ?? and communicate very well though. Still might take a few calls before they appear initially. Don’t use the online scheduler if you’re signing up for the first time.
