I live in an apartment complex that is serviced by Massey. We are allowed to request a technician come by our units on specific days to spray as part of our lease.

In the past year, on multiple occasions, a technician didn’t show up on the scheduled date yet left a note with the apartment complex that they serviced our unit. I work from home and sit in the living room all day waiting for the technician so I can set our dog outside while they’re here. However, they don’t come to our door, they don’t come in, and they don’t spray despite recording that they’ve shown up and sprayed our unit.

It’s incredibly frustrating that the technicians not only don’t come, but then lie about it. We have a ring doorbell camera to confirm that nobody came to the door.
