*Update 11/5 - after emailing below, Massey came out the next day to resolve the issue. Everyone was very apologetic and I believe it has just been a misread of the address. Either way, all is good now and the tech who came was incredibly nice and knowledgeable.I live in an apartment complex that is serviced by Massey. We are allowed to request a technician come by our units on specific days to spray as part of our lease.In the past year, on multiple occasions, a technician didn’t show up on the scheduled date yet left a note with the apartment complex that they serviced our unit. I work from home and sit in the living room all day waiting for the technician so I can set our dog outside while they’re here. However, they don’t come to our door, they don’t come in, and they don’t spray despite recording that they’ve shown up and sprayed our unit.It’s incredibly frustrating that the technicians not only don’t come, but then lie about it. We have a ring doorbell camera to confirm that nobody came to the door.
Billy with Massey Services is always punctual, efficient, and friendly. He gets this things done in one visit and answers all of our questions. I wish all service people could meet his level of service.
