We made an appointment online that was confirmed by the company. No one showed up for the appointment while my husband waited all day and missed work. He called the office only to be told not to rely on their own calendar appointment system. The receptionist could not get through to the tech and informed us she left him a message. Again, we heard nothing from the representative at all until a week later to him pounding on our door. Very unprofessional and do not recommend this company.

We were deceived by an inspector who told me that Terminix did "not use poison" and that the rats in our crawl space would not die in our walls. He claimed that they would use traps and remove the traps. The tech who did the inspection at our house said this was untrue. Now we have spent $1500+ on a service we do not want. And we still have rats. I'm posting this in the hope that some manager will contact me, because I have been unable to get in touch with anyone in management. Do not use.
