Waynes Pest Control

There were tiny bugs on the counter along an exterior wall. They were not ants. Dustin identified the pest and treated the area along counter and backsplash. We have lived in our house for 8 years and never had an issue with insects on the counters. I really appreciate Dustin’s professionalism and quickly resolving the issue. We signed up for monthly exterior pest control and mosquito control.

These people are horrible to deal with. Our builder chose them (we had zero say), which means they were the low bidder. No thanks. I have zero desire to work with any company any who devalues their own work. Be warned - if you ever contact them, they will never leave you alone. I’ve told them numerous times I do not want to work with them, but I get texts, calls, and emails multiple times a week. Either they’ve never heard of GDPR or they don’t care. I bet they’ll understand when they are reported and the lawyers show up.

Sharing my experience dealing with Wayne’s pest control. My technician is Dwight Mills. He is professional, prompt, and always upfront with the information and instructions with the chemicals he is using. He has been nothing but the best! I highly recommend Wayne’s and Dwight as your provider.

Dustin, Christian and even the Supervisor (oops forgot your name) and every technician whose name I have forgotten, came to evaluate and assist us these past 3 months with pest problems that were exacerbated by several floods. I was already upset about the flood damage, and overwhelmed...but they were reassuring along the way, which took a load off my mind. They were timely, professional, gave great customer service and above all, they were efficient and quickly successful! We are grateful for Wayne's Pest Control and will definitely be using them as maintenance from here on out.
