I have been with Dodson for some time now and I always get great service. Chris is my technician and does a great job and always addresses my concerns and explains things easily. There is also a discount on their already reasonable pricing if I pay for a yearly service up front. I am a happy customer.
Very disappointed with Dodson Pest Control. SHORT STORY: If you're home to supervise then the service might be fine, but if you're not home you maybe getting taken advantage of.Technician would call late in the evening leaving a voicemail stating he would be coming the next day. No time range. Leaving me no to little time to make accommodations. The last straw was when no voicemail was left and he came. I have a small townhouse and if I'm not home to let him in to spray or in the backyard then all he does and shake some stuff on the mulch in the front and calls it done and i get my invoice for $80 for 2 minutes worth of work. NO courtesy of rescheduling. When I did make accommodations he seemed annoyed if I asked him to spray areas I saw bugs. Never checked under the house. Office wasn't much help either.

Anthony Linhardt has been our pest services technician for approx 9 years and we have been more than satisfied with the service he provides.
