Pest are great for the outdoors but not for indoors and Getem Pest Control makes sure of that for our home in Shay Terrace in Portsmouth Virginia. I pay a small monthly fee and they come out to keep our home pest free. If I should need them between treatments they come out at no extra charge. When we first moved in to our home two years ago, We noticed a spider problem in our garage and our outside shed and a rodent problem in our basement. We reached out to Getem as they serviced our previous townhome and their administrative professionals set up a quick appointment and the Issue was resolved and are now pest free. Thank you Getem for being prompt and scheduling my services, always making sure it’s convenient to my schedule. They arrive on time, are super friendly and quick but the technician always listens to any special concerns we have. Best of all our home is pest free!!Today Will Findlay came out and he was on time, friendly, professional, and knew exactly what to focus on so was quick to complete the job! Truly appreciated his service today as with the cold weather we saw a couple of large roaches/water bugs in the house! He made sure there were no signs of rodents in our basement, too. Service is average. When I first started with Getem they were on top of things. Great service provided. Seems like (just like everything else)they have become complacent. I have attached pics of the bait boxes that said they were serviced but not even moved.
