OMG recently we contracted Global Pest Services to a yearly contract. During the quarterly visits they discovered we had a large rodent problem. It took them a good four or five visits to finally fix our problem.They have been excellent with the communication & coordination with Kay & Angie at the office along with the visits by Chris & Paul. We think we have conquered the problem. They do not leave any detail unanswered. 100% highly recommend. We have been using Global Pest for nearly 13 years because of the consistent quality, customer service and reliability we have received. On time service has been great. I appreciate the calls and email reminders that it’s time to schedule and that my appointment is coming up.Krystal has been coming to our house for a few years now. Missed her when she was on Maternity leave and happy to have her back. She is friendly, laid back and has a great conversational approach to her services. She provides suggestions to address our concerns and is patient with answering questions.
