I have used them for almost four years. They first saved my house from a horrific mice infestation when I had been away for several weeks in a hot summ. They have been very good and responsive. We had a brief falling out because apparently a tech was nnot doing their job thoroughly. They sent a wonderful fellow, James, who did and amazing job on finding where an issue lay and of course fixed it. Their home office that I deal with is very responsive. Thank you!

The inspectors did a great job, however, the inspector who came out to check after the treatment did a thorough job Denzel was able to find the initial entry of the termite when the first inspector did not which I find odd. He was able to do that before he even entered the house to greet me and had already did the foam treatment. I let him know that I will be calling on Monday to give him a good rating overall I’m satisfied with this company. The initial inspector Steve that performed the treatment also did a good job as he was also able to locate snake eggs and remove them from the property.

Our technician Mbye was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions and I was so happy to see I didn’t have any ants the next day. I would recommend Senate Termite and Pest Control. When I looked into other options, a human didn’t answer, it was a recording for you to leave a message. Every time I called Senate a real person answered!
