Met a consultant at my home. He said he could do the job to remove some mites around a window. but then stated they only can do the job if i sign up for a $98 every 2 months subscription. I said, "so you won't do this service call unless i start a $1k+/yr subscription with you?" he said, "that's correct." So, i declined and he left. Total waste of both our time. If you require a subscription to do a simple service call please state that on your website. giving an extra star b/c the sales person showed up promptly.
We’ve used Rottler’s bi-monthly plan for almost a year. When we found ants near the garage recently, our technician Jeremiah Zolkowski arrived the very next day to help. He also cleared a wasp nest my husband discovered under our deck. Great communication and very quick turnaround. Highly recommend!
Andrew was very accommodating to my schedule change request. He is very knowledgeable, and corrected an error he found while explaining what was done instead. He was able to get mole in the yard that has evaded 2 other Rottler workers for well over a year. This guy is outstanding!
