Wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Luis! He came by today to check / do my yearly on my pest control around the house. I was unfortunately not at home but when he called he mentioned that my door was slightly opened when he knocked. He went above and beyond to go back to the door and pull it shut and make sure it was latched shut! Thank you so much for taking the extra step to ensure mine and my children’s safety for when we returned home! Give that man a raise!
Zach Baldwin was very professional and explained what he was doing inside/outside of my house. I appreciated him putting shoe covers over his boots before he entered my home. I was very pleased with today’s service.
We’re thankful for the great job Scott, Travis, and others did for us. Raccoons in the attic! The support and communication were available and helpful as we went through a crazy time, with two adult raccoons.Thankfully, the critters ran away, so the guys didn’t need to trap them. Exclusions were built to bar them from returning.
Scott Brown was informative, helpful and 1000% professional. He came in asked our needs explained anything we asked. He put any concerns we had first and gave us reassurance where we needed it. Absolutely recommend him, and if all terminix employees are like him then they are doing it right!
