What customers say
Several customers describe Greg as personable, caring and reassuring. One customer appreciated a touch-up after calling, while another said Greg advised that service might not be needed and gave him a can of spray. One customer, however, said bed bugs were still alive 30–60 days after what the customer described as a five-minute spray visit and reported no money-back guarantee or warranty.

100% the BEST option in Columbus for bed bug treatment and unfortunately I have a bit of experience. Greg is a true expert!! So well informed, and he CARES!! His expertise and genuine soul made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. There are few businesses like Bug Bakers left in this world and I am forever grateful to have found them.

Greg came out and was extremely personable. He gave a great price on services, but after talking to us told us that we may not need to have the service. He didn’t push to spend extra money and was a very welcoming experience in a stressful time. He even gave me a can of spray for free. If we do need services, I definitely know who I will be calling. Highly recommended!

I called and frantic cause I had and then I had bedbugs. Greg came out. Seemed like a really nice guy told me he get the job done. I said OK went on with it. He was in my home for five minutes with a can of spray came back out. Said it’s done didn’t say anymore after about 30 to 60 days. I have not seen a dead bug. All of it is still alive. No moneyback guarantee no warranty. Just screwed me in my family. I would not recommend it.
