Very professional and timely service. Easy scheduling. Since the bees were in the ground and no nest removal was done I felt the price was too high. Service only required water and spraying of chemicals. ?? I paid over 200.00.
I don't believe in bad reviews, but I believe in honest reviews, so here it goes:I signed a contract with this company, and the first time they sent a guy out all was great. He was very detailed and did a good job. We had an ant problem and it took two treatments, but it got resolved.Then, after three months, I got a very unfriendly call from a lady who informed me that they would come out to our house on.... time.... We h ad plans, and I dared to let her know about it. The 'meeting' got postponed. The guy came out and ask us what we wanted him to do, which I found odd. Shouldn't he know what to do? Isn't there any paperwork? He did the job, not sure how, though.Then today, two months later, I got another call, which I missed. I called back. A very unfriendly lady informed me that they will be at my house in two days. No questions about my schedule or availability. This time I had enough. I canceled the contract, told her that I didn't appreciate the way this all worked and informed her that I can't just drop everything and for the exterminator. She hung up! I would not recommend working with this company until they teach their people how to answer a phone politely. Also, perhaps they need a reminder that the customer is still the one who should have a say in the WHEN meaning date and time.
We have been a customer for Over 25 years. We have been very satisfied. But the best thing as far as I’m concerned is the technician Don. He knows his stuff. That’s why he’s the only person I expect to be at my place ALL THE TIME.
Came out early in the morning I never even heard them. They took care of a very very severe yellowjacket infestation in my home. They guaranteed if it wasn’t handled correctly the first time I could call them back indefinitely until it was… However there was no need. One visit And it was all taken care of. And the young lady on the phone who takes your information and set the appointment is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend a service because I’m telling you I had a serious problem they were inside the siding inside the concrete brick And I haven’t seen one yellow jacket since they treated the problem.
