The service I experienced was great. This is my second time meeting Mr Joe & both times he explained everything he was doing and treating for. The first treatment was interior and he was able to treat & leave traps around the house as well & since then I’ve seen moderate improvement . Technician Joe did a phenomenal job today. Not only did he show up during sub zero temperatures, he saw that I was trying to shovel the walkway to my door and help me finish the job and dig out the car. It was great to chat with him. He always does such a great job when he comes out. I’m glad I pay for my yearly service!
