In our experience, we have learned that the company doesn't always matter.. it's who they send out to do the work.. the actual tech. We have the absolute BEST TECH I have ever seen in this industry - NETHAN CASTRO. He knows his stuff, he takes the time to do things right, he's trustworthy, dependable and very nice to work with. I was having squirrel problems in my chimney, and Zach continually checked on the squirrels' comings and goings until the job was totally done. Each time we spoke, he was very friendly and professional. He didn't stop his regular checks until the squirrel was caught and the chimney was sealed. He was very awesome to work with!
