Kao was great! He came out to inspect our home’s entry areas for rodents and larger critters and was very thorough and professional. He explained clearly how they might be getting under the house and offered helpful recommendations. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
Justin has been helping me rid our home of rats. In addition to the exclusion work done, he has been checking traps and helping me get rid of one very persistent rodent. Finally we got it done! Justin was always prompt, courteous and professional. He cares about a job well done and I'm grateful for his dedication to this worthy cause :)
After contacting four other pest control companies, I settled on going with EcoGuard. EcoGuard prices are affordable with a reasonable monthly payment for quarterly services. I appreciate that EcoGuard comes out to service your property in between quarterly with a simple phone call. Mike, I believe is the owner was very courteous, thoroughly explained the process, and ensured me that I would receive the same technician (Corey) each service. He also reassured me that if Corey is out on vacation I will be notified of the technician that will be covering, which I consider to be great customer service. With the times we are living in today, I won't want someone pretending to be my technician. Corey is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and efficient. I also like the EcoGuard use pet-friendly products, which is a bonus for me since I have a dog.
