UPDATE: I was promised i'd be refunded the last charge, it's been over a month and now i have a new bill even though no one ever came. No scruples whatsoever at this company. I'm sure they will try to send me to collections. Come and grab your termite pods and give me a refund. I cancelled with y'all back in November. DO THE RIGHT THING!!!! I hired Arrow for 4 years to do pest work at my house. The work was fine, but after 4 years and still having wasps get into my house I decided that I could handle the pest issue better myself. No harm, no foul. I cancelled services in September via written email, and then I received a bill for over $200 a few months later stating that I had to pay the bill since id cancelled my services early. Fine, I understand. Well I just got another bill, 6 months later, and I reached out to Arrow in Denton and they said since I'd made that payment in November that they reactivated my account!!!!! So if you cancel services with them, they will engage in unethical business practices by extorting money from you claiming that you owe it and then once you pay it they will secretly reactivate the account! I want my money refunded ASAP and my account cancelled. Failure to resolve this matter will result in an escalation of measures.
