Trust is business.To start with, the technicians were great but the response time from Massey is hard to explain in words. I can trust the technicians ability and expertise but the promises on service dates from Massey are not kept.As part of my preliminary complimentary service appointment from my builder & Massey - I had to call/schedule nearly 4 times but finally one technician showed up to cover up the missed appointment (job not fully done). During the calls, the response from Massey Customer care was unsatisfactory as the “full first service will be done only if a customer signs up for a year.”Overall, the technicians were super helpful in feeding me knowledge and they even took care of a snake when they were here. Thanks to Bob(Denton Service Center). Customer service and response rate is not that great to me. I would recommend to try as the technicians/inspectors are phenomenal but be cautious about the response times/appointments...
