Sarah H. Returned to recheck our indoor and outdoor mice traps.
She was instrumental in identifying the initial problems we had in the attic and around the house. This visit she again found issues that needed addressed and she made recommendations and adjustments.
She is a true professional. Knowledgeable and practical with a friendly cooperative approach to clients. One of the best !

Sarah came to the door, introduced herself, explained what she would be doing today. After her treatment she came back to the door and told me all was good except tree limbs on the roof. She is very personable, easy to talk with, has great knowledge of the service. Look forward to having her take care of my home.
Kathryn Owens
Sarah is our new technician and she was great. She did the regular inspection and prevention but also came in and added some protection against mice (which we have had issues with in the past). I have a lot of confidence in her being our regular technician going forward. She was very friendly and informative about each step of her process during the visit.
