I am extremely pleased with the great service I have received from Jake Anicete. I had rodents causing problems in my garage and car, and Jake came over the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable and very calm and supportive, as I was very unhappy with my "new residents"! He placed traps and spent time talking with me, and making me feel much better knowing I was in great hands. He came back the next day and removed a dead rat from one of the traps, yay!! He was again super nice! He sent the following day Moises Nebalasca, another tech to seal my garage door and fix the garage screens. Moises was another great guy, efficient and very nice. We even hugged when he was done! Georgia Galvez was a great resource at the office, very sweet and helpful arranging all my appointments right away. I also received texts from Tyler Hilton, who followed up to make sure all appointments were on time and everything was being done. Jake is still coming back tomorrow to check aIl the traps again! These guys provide EXCELLENT customer service. I am now scheduled for bimonthly service. What a great team of people!! They are my new friends now! Thank you guys!!!!!!

Afterward, we haven’t seen any ants, which feels like a solid result given how persistent they were.
We were having a major issue with rats. My husband had been battling them with traps for months with no success. We hired Knock 'Em Out and are finally getting the situation under control. They sealed all of our entrances and put out bait stations. They came out numerous times to monitor and take more action to finally get our situation under control.
