I am extremely pleased with the great service I have received from Jake Anicete. I had rodents causing problems in my garage and car, and Jake came over the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable and very calm and supportive, as I was very unhappy with my "new residents"! He placed traps and spent time talking with me, and making me feel much better knowing I was in great hands. He came back the next day and removed a dead rat from one of the traps, yay!! He was again super nice! He sent the following day Moises Nebalasca, another tech to seal my garage door and fix the garage screens. Moises was another great guy, efficient and very nice. We even hugged when he was done! Georgia Galvez was a great resource at the office, very sweet and helpful arranging all my appointments right away. I also received texts from Tyler Hilton, who followed up to make sure all appointments were on time and everything was being done. Jake is still coming back tomorrow to check aIl the traps again! These guys provide EXCELLENT customer service. I am now scheduled for bimonthly service. What a great team of people!! They are my new friends now! Thank you guys!!!!!!

I had a recurring ant problem in our kitchen and booked a general pest control service with Knock ’Em Out. Alvin took time to assess where they were entering and what might be attracting them before spraying, which felt more strategic than the quick fixes I’ve had from other companies. The treatment itself was thorough but unobtrusive, no chemical smell lingering or disruption to our routine. Afterward, we haven’t seen any ants, which feels like a solid result given how persistent they were.

They sealed all of our entrances and put out bait stations. They came out numerous times to monitor and take more action to finally get our situation under control. I live next to a field and already had a pest service in place, but a few months ago I started experiencing moths in my kitchen. When I asked my pest provider about it, they had no answers and were only willing to address what was included in my existing contract. It was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported.

That’s when I contacted Knock Em Out Pest Control, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. Alvin came out to assess the situation and was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. He took the time to explain what was happening, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel confident that the issue was understood and manageable.

They took care of the problem within days of my call, and the level of care was exceptional. What stood out most was the personal attention and integrity. I love that they are family-owned and truly care about their customers. This has been, by far, the best pest control experience I’ve had, and I highly recommend them.
