Update: four weeks after the service we received a telephone call and got a voice message stating we would be refunded $240 and that the case was closed never heard from management never heard from a district manager. No one ever apologize for anything other than the poor customer service people. Two weeks after that, we receive a phone call saying that we owe $620.14!? We also then wear able to grab a screenshot of a FAKE INVOICE, That made it appear like we did not pay the full price on the initial service date which we can prove we did from bank records and their receipt that they sent us for payment!We reached out to customer service yet again and was lied to you yet again saying that someone would get back in Us we reviewed all the notes at customer service, which they have detailed notes but yet and still the account is not closed.I will be opening up another BBB report for falsifying information and fraud along with something with the state office.Initial: First let me start my saying everyone was friendly. That was the best thing.Scheduling and proper expectation being set was a nightmare up until our appointment. Customer service scheduling a bogus appointment I waited 4hours for missed work. No discount offered. We were quoted for TWO attic spaces. 1240 Samantha our tech was to get a new price because one attic space did not need it. This never happened and we were charged the full amount.I have the tech on ring camera saying it would be reworked because they did only one area. She said we would get a NEW invoice. Which we did not. I still have not heard nothing back about the over charging. There is a huge break down in communication with the people who answer the phone and the service techs.in reply to owner response. I have reached out already and am waiting on a call from your office still.
This company has the worst billing practices I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to get any issues resolved was frustrating and time-consuming, and I never received a clear explanation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The scheduling process was horrible. However the people were nice so we kept them as a company. After being told we had an appointment and waited on them missing a day of work. I was eventually told I did not have an appointment and that tech doesn't do that service. (Mind you it's who they sent back out) so when they finally did come a week later. We where quoted for TWOATTICS WE ONLT HAD ONE DONE AND WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH WE ADDRESSED THIS BEFORE SAMANTHA THE TECH LEFT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READJUSTED (this is on ring camera). It's been two week and no one has called us about the issues. Customer service is incompetent and please do not reply with that BS auto reply. Our technician, James, was a very pleasant person to deal with and a top tier human being. However, bug out as an organization is the lowest of the low. They advised me that my pest issue was not bad at all, and they performed a sub par mediocre treatment charging me $2,000. I paid them $2,000 to come over and spray a couple drops in 2 bedrooms then leave… I could’ve done that myself for $100 at Walmart and 20 minutes of my time. The “free follow up visit” was rescheduled 2-3 times and took a very long time. We saw the issue getting worse after they visited to “treat”. They said it wasn’t, and it was. Me, my wife and kids, have been living with our wardrobes out of garbage bags and sharing air mattresses downstairs for 2 months. I got a real company involved and paid them to do it the right way, and they did! I got value, transparency, and evidence of everything along the way. If you call in, you will be told a manager will reach back out in 24-48 hours, and it’ll never happen. My life has been hectic ever since, and they couldn’t care less. Nobody wants to deal with the issue. I’ve contacted the man who came out originally to quote it, their office, their “managers”, I get ran around and re directed. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! If you use bug out, have a great relationship with your bank and attorney on speed dial. The only reason 1 star was selected is because that’s the minimum required.
We originally reached out for an issue with mice in our garage. We were pressured into signing up for way more services and told that if we didn’t sign up for everything right then, it would be more expensive in the future. Big mistake but we trusted them. Paid a ton up front and a few monthly charges. Only saw a technician here maybe twice at most that we can recall. We were paying auto draft from our account. Next thing we know we’re getting calls from a collection company. We have since found a way better company and have been very pleased with their services. Figured we were done with Bug out but then get a call that they are coming to perform a termite inspection. When they came my husband told them we were no longer interested in this company. They came back the next day to remove the equipment from the ground but left holes in the ground behind. We have 3 young children who play outside often in our yard and now we have to repair the holes. They didn’t even put the dirt back over. Just wanted to share with anyone considering this company that there are way better options and much better customer service elsewhere.
