Jordan called me before servicing my home as I had asked Dodson to do. He arrived a little earlier than I expected, which was fine and introduced himself as this was the first time he had serviced my home. Apparently, he is in training because he had a supervisor with him and the supervisor hardly spoke at all during the time they were at my home. Jordan sprayed the inside first asking if it was okay for him to enter certain rooms. He was polite and professional during his entire visit. After servicing the inside, he moved to the outside and sprayed the perimeter of my home. In the past I have had very good service personnel and some I questioned. I believe Jordan will be a very good serviceman and hope that he continues with Dodson and receives my route in the future.

Kevin the supervisor is a great representative for Dodson! I am thankful that he was the one to come out and answer all questions in a way of me not knowing anything I felt competent in the information. He walked me through the pictures that were taken of the home and showed me what the termite damage looked like. It was a very smooth and timely process that I was extremely satisfied with. Throughout the process he also let me know when the team would be showing up to the home and after they did the work he also followed up behind them to make sure it was properly done which made me proud to know as a customer he was fulfilling his duty as a supervisor by checking on their work. I highly recommend anyone in the Fayetteville area to call Dodson for their home needs and if you want the best service anyone could offer I recommend to ask for Kevin! Thank you Kevin for taking care of my home so that my family can grow up knowing that the home is treated and we have no worries for termites!
