Joseph F is the best service person from Aptive Peat Control , who has in-depth knowledge of all the pests and rodents . He is so well informed and explained to us. He ensured that he took care of all the pest and rodent issues and did some detailed treatments . Overall Very good team and always wanting to help but Joseph F was the best . Javon did a great job. He made sure all my needs were met by addressing all of my concerns, including getting rid of all the cobwebs in my entire house. I appreciate that he even took the time to befriend my dog, which was above and beyond his job duties. He played with my dog for 5 minutes to made sure the dog was comfortable with him being there. My dog loved the attention. Javon even came back and reminded me to lock my gate after he left, which I had forgotten to do and was grateful for the reminder.

Xavier came for the service this afternoon. He text me 30 minutes before arriving and he did make it on time. When he arrived, he first talk to me about what he will do today. I specifically asked if he will spray chemical between backyard ADU and fence, which is a very narrow tunnel. Xavier told me what he will do to cover my concern. Furthermore, we went into ADU, which nobody lives in. There is no dead ants around toilet in bathroom, which Aptive came back to apply some chemical last time. This is really a good sign. Xavier said he will apply chemical around two bathrooms and kitchen just in case. I do really like his attitude of beyond the requirements. He deserves for this 5-star review. Thanks, Xavier.
