Been with this company over 10 years. Our current regular tech Jacob L. always arrives with a friendly demeanor. Every service asks if there are any issues with the property. If so, the issue(s) is/are addressed on the spot or scheduled to be addressed in the near future. This has also been the case for past regular service technicians. If you're shopping for an extermination company, Addison Pest Control has been great for us.
We've been with Addison pest control for years after trying a couple of other companies and encountering issues. Addison has been consistent and fair. Sharyn in the office is always helpful, and the current tech, Jacob, is very nice and accommodating.
