Darrell, Grant, and Joseph were all helpful in setting up services for termites and lawn and house spraying quickly and efficiently. I was able to have all the services completed in one week.
The only one star that I give is for the people that I spoke with on the phone, they were courteous and polite, otherwise their response to service in a timely manner or even reaching out to reschedule if needed, is an absolute joke. Have been waiting 5 working days to iradicate a honey bee nest in my building and still no results.
What a terrible (remote and automated) customer service experience! Every year-same thing...no CLEAR notification of renewal process for our termite bond. Three years running and I have to contact YOU to find out status and the same result, "we are sorry but we cancelled your renewal because we did not receive response..." You can't contact anyone local until you PAY and they schedule a local technician. I get that you cut the personalized service that your company once had, but to call the local office and have to speak to layers upon layers of call takers in Texas is too much! Resolution from you: "If you would like to pay over the phone now, we can renew your contract" Not sure you will, but I will do better from here forward, that is my guarantee!
Javier, the sales guy, was wonderful to deal with. But the actual work done was a joke. I had them come out to get rid of some squirrels that got into my attic, repair 3 spots on the soffit where they broke through, and install a one-way door so they can't get back in. The repairs are just crappy and poorly cut sheet metal bolted in corners, doesn't even match my soffit. No one bothered to show up at the specific time they promised, I had to call to get them to come out. Then they left the one-way door bolted to my soffit for over 2 weeks, no one reached out, I had to call/text multiple times before someone showed up without calling or notifying me ahead of time they were coming. They removed the door and put the soffit back on with bolts and it's still all crumpled looking. They talk a big game up front with slick sales guys, but the people they have doing the work are a joke. All this for $850...
Brandon made the experience excellent. He is wonderful! He called to remind us of the inspection. The company had not notified us so if it wasn’t for him, we would not have known. We discussed options for the service such as scheduling the inside later. He was very helpful. The company has gotten so big that it seems like they are having trouble providing personalized service and operating as they had before they gone corporate. The rating is due to the technician. Otherwise the rating would have been much lower.
