C Gomez came to do my quarterly treatment. He asked if there were any problem pest and was very thorough. The only problem I have right now is fleas outside so he scheduled for a specific treatment to come back and spray the yard. They are not bad but with warmer weather coming I want to stay on top of it. I appreciate it!!

Horrible experience with this company full of lies and outright exploiting innocent people. I was approached by a gentleman who falsely claimed it was his startup company and that they were just getting started. I now know he lied, telling his customers the same story to lure them in. The service was disastrous; the bugs never disappeared, and they promised to spray inside my house and garage yet they never did. I recommended them to three clients and was promised credits, but that never happened. When I tried to cancel, they demand a shocking $500 fee. I spoke to a manager and explained I was never told about this cancellation fee and shared my situation, but he showed no real concern only giving me the choice to stay under contract and keep paying or pay the $500 fee I had never been informed of. If I refused, they threatened to send me to collections. After doing some research, I uncovered that this company is a complete scam deceiving many families, tricking them into signing contracts, then cornering them with the same unrealistic options when they try to cancel. The individual who lied to me about their startup status stopped responding when I pressed to cancel my subscription or request an office number showing total lack of accountability, unprofessionalism, and malicious intent. This company is nothing but scammers absolutely HORRIBLE.
