This has been the WORST pest control company I have ever brought into my home. I informed them that I had a fire ant issue and they told me that it would be an additional charge for fire ants and I said that was fine. The first guy came out and treated everything, seemed to do a thorough job, treating inside and outside. I called the office about a month later and complained that I was still having fire ants in my house but now I had tiny black ants too. They sent a guy out and he was at my house less than 5 minutes and he was gone. They are now charging monthly for these services even though they are only coming out quarterly. The second time the guy came out I was still complaining of both kinds of ants and that I was unhappy with the service and I wanted to cancel, I even called the office and told them the same thing. Then a tech showed up a couple months later and I told them that I canceled my service. I felt sorry for the guy and paid him (since he was already at my home) but said I did NOT want them coming back out and to make sure my acct was canceled and forgot about it. Last week they tried to send a guy out again and I told them NO I had canceled my service again a few months back. Now they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee and what I supposedly owe them (OVER $400) NEVER AGAIN!! I will make sure that everyone knows what to expect from this company. OHH and I still have fire ants!!
