Having termites in your home is a painful experience, but working with Hi Tech Termite to eliminate the issue, was a great experience. Setting up the appointment for a free inspection was easy and Ray showed up on time and performed a thorough inspection.Ray was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the problem areas that he found from his inspection. Ray provided us with a quote and explained their process using microwave and/or chemical treatments for each area. He was extremely polite and there was no pressure to sign up for the treatmentWe were impressed with Hi Tech's approach and competitive quote and made an appointment to have the local treatment. No tent, no bagging anything, no moving to a hotel for a few days!Frank arrived on time on the day the house was treated. Frank was friendly and professional and respectful of our home. He wore outer shoe coverings to protect the floor. Frank went up in our attic and spayed a solution to prevent termites and then followed up with the microwave treatment in part of the house, patio area and the garage . Small holes made to inject chemical treatment were filled in. After Frank was done, he provided us with the invoice and explained that we have a three year warranty against termites! This is better than provided by most tenting fumigation companies. Hi Tech also offered us an option to renew our warranty yearly for a little over $300.I recommend using Hi Tech for your local termite treatment .
We did not want to go through the hassle of tenting our house and selected Hi Tech Termite to provide treatment of our house which was loaded with termites as we had no treatment for 15 years. We found that Hi Tech is thorough, their employees friendly, and their treatment effective. After having our home treated, we noticed more termite activity in the warranty period. They came out for additional treatments promptly with no questions asked. We liked their service so much, we signed up for the yearly maintenance program and have received the same thorough and prompt service. We highly recommend them.
I was worried about termite infestation when I first saw two small scatterings of cricket droppings (not knowing at the time). So I called Hi-Tech Terminate Control for the inspection since they were the one who fumigated my house when I first moved in (a little less than 10 years ago).Ray (the chatty guy) came out as scheduled and started the inspection from the outside to the inside, up to the attic, down to the garage and out to the balcony.
