We have been using Seashore for annual inspections for years now, and so when they told me it was time to tent, I believed and trusted them (every 8-12 years if you live in SoCal and for us it was 14).Brian and Molly are both terrific to work with, and I'm happy to say the work is completed and we have checked this important item off our list.One warning if you are going to tent...if you had a pre-existing ant problem then you can expect it to get worse after fumigation. The reason for that is the ants are underground and survive the fumigation, but then come up to feast on the dead termites. I see this as "nature's cleanup crew", so am going to let them do their thing for awhile, but the best news is that Seashore was willing to work with us on this minor problem that is proof enough for me that they are a standup organization.I highly recommend Seashore Pest Control!

We love supporting local businesses and its nice to see that our HOA supports SeaShore Pest Control, we see their trucks all over Orange County, Huntington Beach, and Fountain Valley. We just had Seashore Pest Control install a new wood patio cover. We would like to express how completely satisfied we are with their service and the quality of the patio cover they built.They were right on schedule for when the job would start and complete. Every morning they arrived here early and gave a full day of work. We had a solid wood cover installed with recess lighting and another cover with lattice. It looks Fabulous! On 8/28/17 Rafael and his helper came to replace fascia and Bondo other sites on my home. They were on time, and their work was excellent. They had to take down gutters and return them to their location. Great Job! Painting was another aspect and their work was so good I have difficulty finding where they joined pieces after replacing the damaged fascia. I feel confident in their workman ship and would highly recommend them and their company. Brian Craig was the Estimator and he did an excellent job. I knew the locations of the wood rot so there were no surprises. He was so nice to work with and honest, a rare thing in this day and age.
