Updated review - Mr Adler called me directly, we discussed my review and my frustration. He had mo issue allowing me to exit the contract one quarter early due to actually moving (not pretending like I am which they have been burned that way and I certainly understand his feeling). He also said he would send someone out to treat the garage tomorrow to help with the spiders so I cannot be afraid to be in the garage (i am TERRIFIED of spiders) at no charge. I do appreciate the swift response and that he did care a customer was upset. For that reason I updated my rating to a 4 from a 1.

This is a warning do not sign a contract! There is zero way of backing out of it! You move, doesn’t matter they’re still gonna charge you. Previously, I had given them a five star rating because every time they come out, their technician says give us a five star rating so that we get a tip. That is inflating their ratings. Did they do a decent job sure, but I should’ve stayed with the last Pest Control company that I had that did a fantastic job that did not have me in a contract and the only reason I switched was for lower money. So this is your warning reading reviews that if you sign a contract there is It. I unexpectedly am moving from a rental property and the option was we can come out and spray and will charge you the rest of the contract or if you don’t want us to come out we’ll still charge you the rest of the contract. Overall, that drops my rating to a zero would not recommend this company at all. By the way, I Also found four black widows in my garage this week while moving. And I’ve asked them to treat the garage every time. Clearly, they were not

Update: the owner did file an insurance claim l, but knowing that his driver had to admit fault because he fled the scene even though their witnesses si the claim would be dropped. The driver said he didn’t know there was a wreck even though he crossed the intersection stopped rolled his window looked me in the eye and at the van driver then pulled off, if you didn’t see you caused a wreck why did you stop and look? I wasn’t even trying to get a claim or get financial payments, all I wanted was an apology from the driver and him to be safe because if he did that to me he’ll clip your little kids on bikes. Since that couldn’t happen and personal accountability and honesty aren’t values of this company I’m involving lawyers so the worker in particular understands the severity of lying and fleeing accidents and the company understands an apology and ownership go a long way. If you are in the East Limestone Harvest area I suggest you don’t use this company because their workers are dishonest and will not take accountability.

While I was on my motorcycle their technician ran the stop sign on Old Railroad Bed and Orvil Smith and stopped in the road causing traffic to swerve around and blocking my escape path. I had to lay my bike down not to hit the technician and die. The driver crossed the intersection stopped and looked me in the face laying on the ground and then sped off. I contacted the owner, Tanner to try to resolve, he seemed concerned, but then has not responded to me nor my insurance company. I recommend that you do not use their technicians in your neighborhood are a danger. If they will leave a wreck they caused with a person down in the road, if they hit one of your children or pets they will just speed off and not take responsibility. All I wanted was a resolution I didn’t try to get money, I didn’t threaten lawyers or any of that, just wanted accountability and it wasn’t taken.

Chris stopped by because he was treating my neighbor's place. He explained in detail what was do e and what services Alder could offer. I signed up right away.
Logan was my tech, and he was super friendly and easy to talk to. He really took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure everything was done the way I wanted. You can tell he actually cares and takes pride in what he does. He was respectful, thorough, and just made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend Alder—and if you can, ask for Logan!
