Brandon Y was my tech for the most recent annual service and he was very professional and informative while explaining what he was doing.
this is our third year, Tyler just did a great thorough job on our most recent annual service and was very informative about what all he was doing. Prior to going with Bio-tech we had a quarterly service which almost always seemed to require a re-service every quarter due to pests returning so between 4-8 visits in total annually, with Biotech have only had one re-service each year around 10 months after each annual treatment so 2 visits in total annually, thus so much more convenient at a comparable annual cost, actually less with a renewal discount Bio-tech has been giving. Highly recommended!
