Shane is the best exterminator we’ve worked with. Been working with this company for years and love them.We had a bat in our building and Shane took care of it so effortlessly.Always loving the peace of mind having someone to call who can handle it.
WE recently heard "activity" in our attic. Having lived in Houston for over 50 years, we suspected the issue. I called Frontier and was greeted with very helpful and friendly associate. Easily set up a time to come inspect and assess the problem. Shane came out, was very thorough and showed where there were tracks and problems. He provided what I considered to be a reasonable quote considering the work to be done. HE and two colleagues came out earlier this week and did all the work in about 3 hours. During the work, the owner of Frontier came out to see how things were going (I really like that - and I had focused on Frontier as it is local in Katy).Anyway they blocked all potential entry points, left traps and will be back to check in the next couple of weeks ( as it's been so hot, there was no signs or sounds of critters these past few week, but there was a hole under one of the eaves and Shane pointed out the telltale signs of activity).Time will tell if it was successful but I was pleased with the friendly and professional service.I plan to shift our pest control service to Frontier (regular insects and termite )

He also completed some inside pest control. As usual, he was on time, knowledgeable and prompt. He explained what he had done to eradicate the bugs and wasps. After seeing signs of termites in and around our house, we decided to give Frontier a call off the recommendation of a neighbor. We also like that they’re a local business. Jim came out the next day for an inspection which only took about 10 minutes. He was very kind, honest, and not pushy or sales-y at all. Offered a very reasonable quote for Termidor treatment. Scheduling was easy and quick. On the day of the treatment, Michael and his team were on time and did an excellent job.Overall we had a great experience with Frontier. They treated us well and seem like honest, sincere businesspeople who I can tell have been doing this for a long time. We will be using them in the future for any other pest control needs, and we will highly recommend them to neighbors/friends/family in the area.
